Keeping Brand New under control without assignment.
Sometimes you know with near certainty that somebody else in your team is better positioned to handle that next conversation in Brand New, and you're not going claim it.
Jelly provides a way to triage conversations out of your Brand New section, without claiming or assigning, so that you can keep your focus only on the conversations that you may pick up next.
When you click "Move down for me", this action is personal to you; other team members will still see the conversation in their “Brand New” section until someone claims or is assigned to it.
Beware the unclaimed
If there's a conversation hanging around in your team's "Unclaimed" section, it might be a good idea to discuss with your team who should take responsibility for it.
