Adding an internal comment to coordinate with your team on a customer conversation
All comments are stored within the conversation itself, so your team can always see the full history of collaboration. This makes it easy to track decisions, understand context, and ensure everyone is on the same page.
Mentioning team members
You can also mention other team members by typing @ followed by their name. They'll get a notification so they can jump in and help with the conversation, and they'll also be subscribed to future updates automatically.
